Customer Service SUPERSTAR Needed!

We are looking for a highly experienced and talented customer service rep for our dropshipping ecommerce store.

We process 100's+ orders a day and require your full time and attention 6 days a week for at least 4-8 hours per day.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Zendesk or Gorgias (preferably Gorgias)
- Knows how to handle Shopify, Stripe, and Paypal Disputes and Chargebacks
- Has experience in moderating comments for facebook ads posts
