JOB OVERVIEW

Luminary Agent is a real estate marketing company based in the USA and we are looking for a highly-skilled, part-time graphic designer for 10-15 hours per week. I want someone who really knows their stuff, who is creative and excited about design, and who is willing to take feedback well and pay attention to details.

Your main job duties will include designing templates as well as using those templates for:

* Property Flyers
* Postcards
* Social Media Posts
* Presentations

You will be working with many different brands and will have the ability to flex your design muscles to create content that wows our clients.

Job Requirements:

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

* An online portfolio showcasing your work
* A stable Internet connection - time away due to down Internet will be counted against you
* The ability to work 4 hours between the hours of 9am-9pm Pacific Time Monday to Friday, which is 12am-12pm Philippine Time Tuesday to Saturday (or 1am-1pm when not in US Daylight Savings). Choose your own 4-hour block within that time frame.
* Your own computer capable of running Adobe Creative Suite (we will provide you with the latest version of CC)
* Excellent English speaking and writing skills
* You design all of your own work. I do NOT want to work with a design firm or have our content subcontracted to someone else.
