Create Facebook targeted ads

Lead generation using Facebook/social media ads to targeted keywords. Create ads, create text, pictures, graphics, and set up facebook marketing process. I have a basic facebook business page, but want to create an active campaign with it. I'd like to learn how this is set up, create graphics for it, some video, and learn how to target different cities, and target people interested in selling their homes, moving, hiring a real estate agent, etc.
