Video Editor

Presenting an exciting opportunity to get involved producing videos of some of the UK’s finest properties!

I’m looking for a creative video editor, to produce videos of some of the best real estate in the UK. This would be creating anything from a 1 minute video up to around 3 minutes. Here are a few examples of videos similar to what I am looking to create:

This opportunity would start off on a freelance per-project basis, but would potentially lead to a full-time role with several projects per month.

Payment per project at the start, working towards an agreed salary which is dependent on experience and subject to an initial conversation. I expect each project to take roughly 5-6 hours for an experienced video editor. Please provide me with your expected hourly ---------- the case of some properties, it may be required to sign a Non Disclosure ---------- would be preferable if the applicant uses Final Cut Pro as their chosen editor, but it is not absolutely necessary.

Things expected to be included in the video edits:
Speed ramping clips
Subtle ken burns zoom-in effects
Stabilisation of clips
Colour grading Log footage and colour matching between clips
Matching the position of two shots, so that they blend together (as seen in this video at 2:07 ---------- )
Working with timelapses

About you:
Efficient and able to meet deadlines
Ability to adopt and implement feedback
Previous video editing experience
Ability to source music for the videos, similar to the samples listed
Bring creative ideas to the table
Also have a reasonable ability to use Photoshop

This is an amazing opportunity to edit videos of luxury properties that will be seen all over the world, and to gain experience in real estate video editing.

I would be looking for an applicant to do a trial edit initially, which we can discuss in further detail upon application.
