HIGH PAY appointment setting job for Solar

***VERY HIGH PAY JOB!***

Hi! I'm looking for a skilled appointment setter for my solar company. We use a dialer called Xencall and receive about 50-100 fresh leads per day for people that want to do our solar program.

Your job will be to make calls on the dialer and set appointments. We have a very good script and I will be personally training you every day. You'll need to be available for 6-8 hours per day to make calls.

The way it works is you sit on the dialer, someone answers, and you set an appointment for them to get a solar consultation. These are not cold calls, all of these leads are warm leads that fill out our Facebook ads.

This is a very high paying job, commission based. You'll get paid money every time an appointment you set shows up. Our reps on average make 2-3x similiar jobs because of our commission structure.

The average rep for this job can make upwards of $100-$200 per 8 hour shift.

THE MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT IS THAT YOU HAVE A REALLY GOOD AMERICAN ACCENT AND SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH.

Here's the requirements:
- FLUENT in English
- Call center experience
- hard worker
- looking for LONG TERM work
- 6-8 hours a day minimum, (we have different shifts starting 8 am Pacific Time to 9pm Pacific Time)
- you must be very willing to learn and love commissions

These aren't requirements but I would very much like this:
- you have experience with Xencall
- you have experience in solar
