JOB OVERVIEW

We need an assistant to become right hand helper of company owner performing multiple tasks mainly with Excel and Email. Applicant need to be good with numbers, excel is a must and have good English. Passionate and proactive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Keep track of shipments and product orders using excel: Constant update of all the shipments information such as prices, dates and others.

*Products research: Research products within amazon marketplace and others that matches our brand criteria.

*Product specifications research: Research for product specifications like instructions, dimensions, applications, etc.

*Contact manufacturers by email: Provide assistance contacting new suppliers to gather information about product price, production times, materials, etc.

*Contact freight forwarders by email: Contact and maintain a constant relationship with our freight forwarder to arrange shipments dates, ask for quotations and provide them with shipment details.

*Other admin tasks as demand: Candidate will be required to assist actual manager with other organizational tasks.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong internet connection
• Essential for candidate to have a Laptop PC with Microsoft office installed
• An excellent command over both written and spoken English.
• Availability - Candidate will need to be available for communication via whats app or slack (almost any time)
• Strong spreadsheet (formulation) ability (EXCEL)
• Ability to contribute in a collaborative team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment with rapidly changing priorities.

This is a part time position with a big posibility to develop into a full time position.
Entry salary will be $300/month depending on experience. 20h max per week. Salary and bonuses will increase accordingly with performance and workload.
