T-Shirt Graphic Designer

I'm looking for a graphic designer for my Tshirt business as a full time job and even for a long-term collaboration. I am searching for top-quality designs which do not come from pixabay or any other similar platforms. DO NOT contact us if you are not familiar with ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR..
I am selling mostly in germany, so if you already have a german design background please specify it in your message.
Please answer the following question: How many designs could you create per day?
I require the designs as an illustrator file, Photoshop and PNG. I will just reply to your message if you have read this completely and use the word "koala" in your message.
If you already have worked with Adobe InDesign please specify it as well in your application.
