Customer Service Rep

We are a credit repair company looking for someone to manage our clients and help on the backend.

Requirements:

MUST speak good English ( C1 or C2)
Good grammar and reading skills
Fast Internet, Smart Phone & Computer
Customer Service Etiquette (prior experience required)
Pay attention to detail
Able to handle work under pressure
Knows how to deescalate situations


We are looking for hard working customer service representative to help us manage our clients. Job role includes:
Inbound/Outbound Calling
Setting up New Clients in database
Collecting past due payment
Reaching out to clients for documentation/additional information.


Hours of Operation:
M-F 10 am to 6pm EST and Sat: 10am to 2 pm EST
