Amazon eBay dropshipping assistant

I am an Amazon seller looking for an experienced Product Research / VA / Customer Service person.

This person must have experience:
-searching dropshipping websites to research products
-using dropshipping research softwares like Zik Analytics, eCom Solutions, Webscraperapp
-using Amazon tools to find the profitability of products

It would also be good if this person is good at:
-product research on sites such as WalMart, Home Depot, Amazon to eBay...etc.
-product research via Zik Analytics or eCom Solutions
-fulfilling orders
-providing customer service if a customer returns an item
