eCommerce Xero Bookkeeper / Accountant

-Utilizing modern day digital tools such as Slack, Dropbox, Trello
-Create daily financial statements (P&L, Balance sheet)
-Correct data-entries via Xero and articulate reasoning behind categorization.
-Execute the month-end close process.
-Coordinate with Company's CPA to execute strategies presented.
-Summarize payables (credit cards, banking, net terms, etc.).
-Billing invoices and receiving prompt payment.
-Pay supplier invoices in a timely manner.
-Collect sales taxes via TaxJar.
-Coordinate with Logistics team to garner accurate Inventory Valuation.
