We have an immediate need for a qualified individual who has experience in the following areas.
1. Real Estate Transaction Coordination and Contract Reviews
2. Phone Support and Telemarketing for FSBOs and RED X
3. Setting Up Appointments
4. Lead Management
5. Prospecting
6. Listing and Posting Properties to the MLS and other Real Estate Marketing Sites
7. Craigslist Posting
8. Email Management
9. Setting Up Showings
10. Administrative Work and Data Entry

13. Zapier Integrations
---------- side Rel Estate CRM Experience.
This is a part time position which could lead to full time.

Your Ongoing Responsibilities:
Nurturing relationships through email and phone.
Allocating effective time management techniques to meet monthly quota goals.
Working collaboratively with team members

Preference will be given to candidates with outbound sales calling experience and your ability to schedule appointments with people who have requested information.

We are looking for an individual long term relationship not a company solution, so companies need not apply.
Pay is ---------- your cover letter, identify the areas you have actual work experience, how long yo have been working virtually.


Agents will be working calling on warm leads.
Working hours are from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time), Monday to Friday with 1-hour lunch break and (2) 10-minute breaks. Hours dependent on performance and success, initial period is for 20 hours per week, but the exceptional team member will be asked to go to 40 hours per ---------- tailed resume
