Online Dropshipping Assistant

I am looking for an assistant to help me grow my young eBay dropshipping company. The ideal candidate will have experience with product research, listing and managing listings on eBay, search keyword optimization, knowledge of eBay terms and policies, tactfulness in dealing with customer service situations, a good command of the written English language, and good communication skills when working remotely.

Overall, I'm interested in an intelligent individual who can work much of the time in a self-directed capacity who is willing to start at a basic wage, but mostly interested in bringing significant value to the company in direct exchange for good ---------- applying, here are a few questions I'd like to ask to give me a better idea of what you have to offer...

What experience do you have with the general business of online dropshipping (i.e. what tasks have you undertaken and what skills have you developed)?
