Pair of .NET/C#/HTML/CSS/MSSQL/Razr programmers required for a 2-week face-to-face code burn in Philippines

I need help completing a website that I started but don't have time to finish. I'm coming to Manila in the middle of January for two weeks and would like a couple of programmers to meet me in a rented room for a 2-week code burn, ~40hrs/wk. The basic structure of the website is mostly in my head and it will be far easier to be in the same room while we go over code, you can show me your ideas of how things should be done, etc.

The website is written in C#/.NET4.5/Razr with most likely an MS SQL database backend, written code-first. The website is a .net replacement for my current Joomla php site, which is horrible to maintain and extend - plus the Joomla components don't work too well together, or duplicate information. Thus I am aware of the types of components I want in the new website and will be porting as much of the data across as I can (this is not necessary during the 2-week development). You do *NOT* need php or Joomla experience.

The components required are: Forum, Private Messaging, Downloads/Uploads, Wiki, Articles, Shop, Licenses, Google Ads, plus the usual user account stuff. I believe in the KISS principle - keep it simple and prefer not to use 3rd party components as they are often too bloated for my needs.

After I return home there *might* be an opportunity for further work remotely, ie you can work from home and we use Skype or similar for communication. Depends on my budget and the progress made on the website.

Reasonable local travel expenses paid, plus drinks/snacks during the day. Though I would prefer Manila, I would consider Cebu if necessary. Actual location in Manila TBD but probably bay area / Mall of Asia, Pasay, maybe Quezon City.

Please note: You will need to bring your own laptop installed with Visual Studio 2013 - the free Community Edition is perfect. Between the two programmers I need a mix of .NET/C#/HTML/CSS/MSSQL/Razr skills.
