Hello! 
I am looking for a customer support agent who has experience with Shopify and great English, I outlined specifically what I am looking for in this post.

Project overview:
We're looking for an experienced customer support agent to provide professional and friendly service through our email. This person should have a passion for helping others and be able to stay calm under pressure.

This project requires:
- Customer support experience in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent writing skills in English
- Know how to use Shopify

Please answer these questions:

PS.
- We are Dropshipper.
- Due to the epidemic, we currently face a Long time shipping issue. That why we need a VA
who can answer our customer Email.
- Question is all about "where is my item?"
- To answer the question, you need to check in our Shopify platform to see where it is. Then answer an email. Simple as that.
- Sometimes you need to process the full or partial refund in our Platform if the customer asks.
- We have around 15-30 emails per day.
- We will use a software called "Time Doctor" to track your working hours.
