JOB OVERVIEW

Need VA who is capable of amazing customer service and tavvy technical support. Must be a blend of both to be qualified for this position.

MUST be available 7 days a week... 6 hours a day. This is a FULLTIME job.

We pay weekly every Friday, and have an amazing staff of 12 VA's already working for us.

Daily duties include....

1: Monitoring customer service inquiries
2: Following up to make sure issues get taken care of on a timely basis
3: Making sure to respond to Client Manager with daily report.
4: Responding to customer inquiries
5: Reporting to CEO with inquiries
6: Following up to make sure issues get taken care of on a timely basis
7: Following up to make sure issues get taken care of on a timely basis
8: Following up to make sure issues get taken care of on a timely basis
9: Did we say Followup? Yeah it's SUPER important and is really the main role of this position.
