Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice)

We're hiring an awesome customer support representative for chat support and for handling inbound inquiries. This may become a permanent full time position for the right applicant, so full time availability is a plus.

Must be very efficient in English with a resourceful attitude if a question arises without an clear answer.
Must be able to communicate on a daily level and respond quickly to incoming messages.
