Smarketly is looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our growing team for our Shopify Shop. We are a Startup company in the eCommerce industry with Shopify Apps.
We need someone that’s FAST, CREATIVE, EFFICIENT, & HONEST with their time.
You'll be working directly underneath our CEO to manage our Shopify store & all marketing & operational tasks.
We are looking for someone who has experience with the following skills:
1. At least 1 year of experience with SHOPIFY (knowing the ins and outs of the admin interface, adding products, collections, categories, adding pages, changing prices etc.)
2. Taking care of support (Orders, returns, refunds, re-ordering,
3. At least 1 years experience in the Print On Demand industry and the plugins and main service providers used in Shopify. (Please mention one of them)
4. Great research skill (You must be able to understand concepts, questions, and the intent of the given task and find ways to get the right answer.)
5. Very good written English skills as you are asked to write product descriptions that sell
6. Any other little tasks that I require you to do

1. Good graphics skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator Or Canvas (You will be asked to reproduce existing designs in different ways to make it a new design - mostly text-based plus graphic)
