I'm looking for someone to grow with me and my real estate business and someone who wants to learn from a busy real estate agent who delivers excellent services to clients. This is not a short-term assignment. If you quit when things get challenging, please do not reply.

Qualifications:

• Must have email marketing campaign experience. You don't need to have used these platforms but have used or familiar with email marketing campaigns
• CRM and heavy social media experience is what I'm looking for. You have to be a quick learner, an independent thinker and are proud of getting the job done with accuracy and excellence. I welcome constructive feedback on how to make our business more efficient with a better system ---------- room for careless and mindless mistakes in real estate.
• Must enjoy the challenge of constant changes in marketing strategies and tools.
