Shopify Part-Time Accountant

I have a Shopify dropshipping store, and I'd like to get an accountant's help for two hours per week.

I am new to dropshipping, and my store is seeing a lot of growth, so I really need somebody with experience who wouldn't mind guiding me and recommending an accounting Upgrade to see actual info your response, please give me some accounting advice that you think will help a new store doing about $30K in sales per month that is located in California.

I would like to interview the top few candidates via Skype voice call, but I will be conducting some initial questions via email. Most communication once you begin working will be via email and Skype messaging.

Duties would include:
Keeping track of cost of goods from Aliexpress orders.
Keeping track of business expenses like virtual assistant payments, affiliate payments, Shopify subscriptions, app subscriptions, etc.
Keeping track of taxes owed and providing tax advice applicable to Orange County, California.
Creating or providing Excel spreadsheets to track and sharing in Google Docs.
