Web Developer/Designer Expert on Membership Sites

I need a Web Developer/Designer who is an expert with membership sites and knows how to build a website that has the same features like Patreon.

I want to do almost the same things I can do on Patreon so it's gonna be a membership site that's subscription-based (Up to 6 tiers for the subscriptions, monthly charge)

I need a website where I can
- upload videos (with thumbnail capability)
- upload photos
- post blog posts
- post audio content
- users can comment on posts and send me private messages
- There's a community tab or forum

The person I'm looking for needs to know what he or she is doing especially for the payments and payment options. I want the members to be able to pay via Stripe, debit/credit card or PayPal.

I'm also thinking of getting paid once every month just like with Patreon.

I want the website to be good looking in terms of interface and responds quickly ---------- 's very important that you only apply if you know what I'm talking about.
