SENIOR IT TECHNICIAN

A US-based IT company is looking for a full time Senior IT Tech that can work during US business hours from 8am to 5pm EST, Monday to ---------- n start immediately.

Qualifications:

-Vast knowledge in Microsoft OS Windows 10 and Windows 7
-Windows Servers such as Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2012, Windows -Server 2008 R2 with Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS
-Applications such as QuickBooks, Sage, etc.
-Technical skills in Vmware, Veeam Backups, Vembu Backups
-Knowledge of N-central, Microsoft Exchange and Connectwise is a plus.
-Excellent English skills (written and oral)
-Superb Customer Service skills


System Requirements:
-Internet speed is at least 25MB up and down
-Windows PC and with noise cancelling headset.
-Dual monitor is a plus.
