Links Exchanges Builder

Hi, I am looking for a prolific link builder to help build links to my websites:

The daily task is as follows:

a) Look for related websites based on a few key criteria.

b) Send emails to the webmasters to request for links or articles exchanges.

You should be a very hardworking link builder. This is a full time home based position for 5 days a week. (Mon to Fri)

Please provide me with the following information when you submit your application:

a) Your expected salary in a month?

c) Have you conducted any links exchanges before? Please elaborate what is your understanding of links exchanges

c) Payment mode is by Paypal only. Sorry but i am not able to send payment through Xoom or any other services.
