Sr Business Associate - Finance

Requirements & Qualifications
• Should be CPA
• Should have experience of at least 2 years in an accounting / auditing firm with exposure in auditing and financial planning & analytics
• Advanced excel skills
• With good interpersonal skills / can deal with different people in different levels of the organization
Roles and Responsibilities
• Financial analysis for all accounts/sites – review of financials, operations, trends, preparation of analytics/analytical reports, etc.
• Review compliance with external/statutory compliance requirements
• Project management / facilitation of process improvements/audit findings/corrective actions/adherence requirements/special audits / special projects as assigned, etc.
• Process owner for Budget and projection -- facilitation, preparation, monitoring and analysis
