1. No real estate experience necessary. i will train the right person in everything needed to do the job.
2. Must be able to "connect the dots" to see the big picture and also be willing to pay close attention to details.
3. Must be truthful and reliable.
4. Description of tasks:
a. Use dedicated software to prepare documents according to checklists
b. Use different dedicated software that is essentially a multi-transaction electronic checklist to make sure all documents are created and signed on time. You can expect up to 20 simultaneous transactions, so the software is important to keep up with all the details.
c. Have and be able to use MS Word. Be able to use Google Drive & Gmail.
d. Use Google Maps to create an efficient schedule for showing homes to buyers, after receiving a list of homes of interest, looking up the contact info for making the appointments, and then calling the agent or owner to set the appointment for each home.
e. Be trainable to access the MLS to get data for market evaluations and to get the contact information for setting up the viewing appointments.
f. Have a reliable high-speed internet connection.
g. Be close to a native speaker of English, scoring at least High Advanced 1 on OnlineJobs.com test.
h. Take the free OnlineJobs.com IQ & DISC tests in addition to the English test. Note that there is no risk here. If you score low, you don't have to post the scores. Although I won't personally hire you with no or low scores, it will not affect you with other employers, because you don't have to disclose the scores to them or post them on your profile.
In the interest of saving time for both you and me, you need to have already taken the tests before we correspond. You need to do well on the tests to be hired, and it is not fair to either of us to waste time talking if you don't already have good scores in hand.
