Looking for Expert Social Media Video & Image Editor

I am looking for a talented video and image editor to help me create a ton of social media content for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.

The best candidate for this job also speaks good English and knows how to write headlines for videos which capture attention and can confidently edit captions.

I have a ton of video content and images which need editing for social media. Someone who knows how to optimize the videos/image for maximum engagement would be great!
