Virtual assistant: email management

Are you an expert Virtual Assistant that has over 2years experience in the space and has knowledge in customer service management.

We are an e-commerce service support company, that primeraly helps our customers from A to Z to grow their business.
I am looking for a VA specialized in customer service who will at first answer mails, contact the suppliers and take orders. After a trial period of 2 weeks there will be evaluated if the range of tasks can be extended to include product research.
