Dialer/Lead Admin Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Perform Outgoing calls at a high volume
* Have knowledge/experience of using a phone dialer CRM system (or be willing to learn)
* Answer all incoming calls
* Texting and
* Book/Reschedule appointments with clients
* Call Transfer experience between multiple lines/Agents
* Manage a high volume of incoming/current and old leads
* Provide excellent customer service; answer questions and inquiries
* Resolve customer complaints and problems; offer possible solutions
* Communicating with fellow team members and supervisor as well as reporting any new appointments/changes/updates on a daily basis in a timely/proficient manner
* Manage call center database(Ring Central app on phone); enter new information as necessary
* Set up appointments through google calendar and Dialer CRM system
* Follow company regulations and report malfunctions
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
* High school degree or equivalent
* Preferred previous experience in a customer support role
* High performer with a track record of over-achievement
* Strong phone and verbal communication skills including active listening
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
* Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
* Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
* Honest and hard-working
* Be tech savvy and comfortable with using excel, google sheets, gmail, google, google maps, google calendar, ring central/google voice and other calling apps, and other dialer CRM programs
* Proficient at doing spreadsheet work and data entry/data transfer
* Comfortable and proficient at using a computer, phone, tablet/laptop, dialer CRM
* Coachable and extremely hard-working
* QUIET work environment and NO distractions
* Comfortable and proficient at making and accepting phone calls and doing cal transfers
* Be extremely organized
* Be a team player
Job Details:
* Starts at: $4.00/hour
* Guaranteed 10-20 hours/week
* Room for pay increase as well as growth and expansion per experience and performance
* Work from home/remotely
