Marketing List Manager

This job needs someone that understand list stacking, can manage multiple lists through multiple sources, use excel to de-dupe, normalize, clean data, ability to pickup software programs and understand them, be able to ask for different lists from different sources through email or direct download, be able to feed a phone platform of cold callers and keep them full of new leads, use apps like batch skip tracing, zero bounce, pull leads through list source, check phone numbers, validate email addresses. This position will work directly with me as the leads manager. I need someone that can work through issues and pays attention to detail.
