Adhere to quality standards, meeting sales and performance goals set by management
Meet/exceed all performance expectations including products sales, add-on sales, call handling metrics, and quality standards
Utilizes Sales force, proposal tools, and other sales utilities
Manage multiple activities simultaneously including interacting with customers while using multiple software applications for research and documentation
Generate sales through outbound cold calling and lead follow-up over the telephone
Sells primarily from outbound campaign lead lists to include prospect and customer opportunities. Achieve maximum sales through outbound calling and solution based selling
The ability to initiate, lead and drive projects to successful completion
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent presentation skills
Ability to consistently exhibit strong leadership, strategic thinking and supervisory skills
Knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel is a plus
