HIRING Social Media Manager

We are a home decor company that sell online. We are looking for an experienced social media manager. This is our first time hiring for this position and we will be developing the position together as we grow.

This is a FULL TIME position and you are expected to work 40hours/week. If you are working with other clients, please do not apply.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- YOU MUST HAVE MINIMUM 2 YEAR EXPERIENCE WITH BOTH INSTAGRAM AND PINTEREST
- Have used social media management software like later, hootsuite or tailwind
- Be fluent in English and able to produce creative social posts in friendly voice
- Have experience in using canva, photoshop or illustrator etc
- Proven to be proactive and passionate about growing businesses

Duties and responsibilities
- To create and execute strategies for the Instagram, ---------- and Facebook
- To create and implement strategies to grow our email list
- Create and curate relevant content for each platform
- Make great use of all our brand images and videos across all platforms
- Define key performance indicators for each platform.
- Set and over deliver on goals for each social platform.
- Track and measure the performance of each platform and make suggestions for improved performance on each.
- Deliver google analytics reports and make suggestions based on where most of our traffic is coming from.
- Repurpose content across various platforms, with video and images sized correctly for the various platforms.
- Researching ideas for content
- Research and test hashtags
- Deliver weekly/monthly reports
- Respond to comments on our page and engage with other pages..

Bonus Skills
- Creating and running email campaigns with Klaviyo or Active Campaign
- Producing short video clips from images and videos
- Wordpress experience
