JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for someone to assist us with daily tasks as willing to learn and grow with us.

We have subscribers/customers that need email support and facebook group support.
That should take all your time at the beginning until you become familiar with our content. After 2 months, support should take 60-70% of your time.
And the remaining time will be focused on social media management, online research, email outreach, and administrative work.

Here are our top requirements:
* Email support (Freshdesk/Zendesk) + replying to customers (With previous experience with email support). Our email support requires 50% technical issues and 50% problem solving skills, great communication and knowledge of our content.
*People skills (being able to reply in an empathetic, diplomatic way)
* Social media monitoring. Previous experience as Facebook Group moderator is a plus.
* Fluent in writing in english (be able to write coherently and explain clearly)
* Saturday/Sunday part time work mostly for email support.
* Fairly adaptable to timezone for UK and USA
* Research
* Basic computer/technical skill, like going to wordpress admin , email software, excel... etc.
* Email outreach for SEO
* Administrative work (booking flights, hotels, etc)
* Responsive - getting back to us in a timely manner.
* Daily summary email report with progress and questions if any.
* Long term work relationship
