Customer Service Rep for Beauty and Hair Niche

Hello there,

We are a Singapore based E-commerce company in the beauty/hair product niche. We are looking for a highly self-motivated customer service officer to handle social media/online queries.

Responsibilities
1. Answering questions to identify clients’ needs
2. Recommend the most suitable hair care products based on clients’ complexion and preferences
3. Help clients find products they’re looking for
4. Explain steps of directions on how to use the products
5. Cross-sell products, when appropriate
6. Explain product details, including ingredients and application methods
7. Inform customers about special offers and discount package

Salary negotiable depends on past experience.
