Personal Assistant

We are a small family run business in Canada selling veterinary products to animal hospitals since 2011. Must be able to work 9am - 5:00pm EST. We are looking for a personal assistant who will work closely with the CEO and who can join the family and grow with us!

DUTIES
- Work closely with the CEO to assist with his day
- Assist with administrative sales and marketing tasks
- Complete various research projects
- Respond to customer service emails
- Help with inventory management
- Answer customer service phone calls
- Other admin, general, and data entry tasks

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to speak and write fluent English (we will have a mandatory video call)
- Experience working as a VA and/or customer support
- Experience with Google and Facebook advertising
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel
- Fast and reliable internet connection

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS (not mandatory):
- Experience working in the veterinary industry
- Amazon Seller Central
- Very basic graphic design
- Familiar with Shopify
- Experience in helpdesk ticketing system

HOURS:
Must be able to work Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm EST during our regular working hours.

DO YOU HAVE?
- Experienced in navigating eCommerce stores like Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
- Experience working with Google and Facebook advertising.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Great problem-solving skills and customer service experience
- Have a “can-do” attitude, driven, and willing to learn
