Real Estate Virtual Assistant

Zoe First Consulting Group is a Washington, DC based Real Estate Investing firm looking for 2-3 Real Estate Virtual Assistants to join our team and essentially be trained and promoted to Acquisition Managers. This position will include:

- Researching and creating a list of potential sellers For Sale By Owner (FSBO) or Rentals from Zillow, Trulia, Upgrade to see actual info, etc.
- Outbound calling to screen potential sellers and gather information on property.
- Setting up virtual appointments for in house inspection and appraisal
- Closing deals with sellers by making official offers over the phone, based on appraisal After Repair Value (ARV) and Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)

Our base monthly starting rate is Php 8,000 + Php 1,000 in commission for every Real Estate deal you have closed and officially put under contract. Salary increases every 6 months with performance.
