Customer Service Worker for eBay Dropshipping Business

We are in search of a Customer Service Worker for our eBay Dropshipping Operation.

Well qualified candidates will have prior experience dealing with customers in a online e-commerce store platform. This includes order fulfillment, processing, tracking numbers, answering customer questions, and feedback scores.

We will be using the eBay messaging platform at first, but may branch out into a Helpdesk program like xSellco, so any previous Helpdesk experience is a big plus.

Experience is preferred, but a willingness to learn and a positive attitude is 100% a must.

Must be comfortable with one-on-one Skype and Zoom meetings at first in order to get up and running a lot faster.
