JOB OVERVIEW

Need a Full-Time Assistant to help with my growing team.

Someone with previous experience in Real Estate Contracts and documents, CRM systems like KV Core & Boomtown.

Good writing skills with proper grammar. Copywriting needs to be good for social media posting and flyers.

Duties will be posting to social media daily. posting to FB groups. Postings listings for ---------- putting listings into MLS. Event Planning and coordinating. Minor photo and video editing. Creating flyers and infographics. Doing research and creating reports and spreadsheets. Hiring other VAs to complete projects and tasks. Transaction Coordination. Respond to emails. Setting up appointments with clients for me. Putting together contract documents and other documents using dotloop or DocuSign. Replying to messages that come in on FB and IG and get them to set up an appointment with me.

Will also need to help with scheduling appointments for photographers and planning events and coordinating things from afar.

Offering $5/Hr 5 Hours Per Day 6 Days a Week. Hours will increase as more tasks become available.
