Youtube Video Channel

I am looking for someone who is an expert in editing videos.
I will be shooting raw footage and will be using Camtasia and
DropBox to upload it. I will be giving instructions to add royalty free music, intros and outros, texts and graphics in post production.

I I want someone who is efficient, who works hard, who can follow my instructions yet is also creative and can think out of the box. The person I hire also needs to be dependable and take pride in their work.

I want to show my insightful side as well as my light humourous side. I will be using this to get media exposure to promote my educational programs.

You should be able to:
- Manipulate source video content in a variety of formats with the ability to output in the highest quality possible
- Handle multiple projects and deliver results in a timely manner
- Contribute suggestions or ideas to improve branding and messaging

Your qualifications:
- Compelling portfolio that demonstrates your video editing experience
- Ability to work with constructive criticism as well as adhere to deadlines
- A work style that is extremely detail oriented
- References or an established reputation
