We are a real estate investing and hospitality company based in the United States. Our business consists of investing in residential real estate properties as well as running short-term rentals.
We are interested in bringing on a team member to assist with the following tasks to start out.
For the right person, the job roles can potentially expand as we are looking for a team member who will work with us and the company on a long-term basis.
Primary Job Roles;
- Communicate and respond to current guests and potential guest inquiries in a timely manner, and address concerns via our booking platforms, messaging,
- Act as a gatekeeper to screen, handle general inquiries and screen potential guests
- Communicate with cleaners and building’s front desk/Concierge as needed
- Coordinate any urgent matters or something that needs local attention to our Property Managers
- Create and send invoices to send to guests for additional services requested
- Assign and deactivate guest access codes for properties according to guests’ reservation dates
- Assist in updating/creating reports as needed
- Other tasks as assigned
Please note that guest inquiries need to be handled immediately as they come up and usually take 3-10 minutes to compose a relevant response. Some responses may require more research and therefore more time.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience is highly-desired, but not required. A pleasant, service-oriented personality is a must.
- Ability to think and plan ahead to get ahead of potential issues.
- Working smartphone with internet and
- Working personal computer with reliable internet access
- Working VOIP line to handle incoming guest calls and make outgoing calls to guests when necessary. (A stipend may be provided for the VOIP line)
- Ability to communicate with guests (written or verbal) in a professional, polite, friendly and helpful manner.
- Availability during working hours 11am EST to 9pm EST Monday through Saturday to handle guest inquiries and communication, and other administrative tasks related to the business
- Strong English writing skills with good grammar

- Willingness and computer + phone space to download materials related to the job
Training will be given to the chosen candidate to ensure that they have all of the information they need to be successful in this role. The estimated start date is May 1, 2020 or sooner.
Our ideal team assistant is one-of-a-kind in that he/she can take the ball and run with it. Of course, we will be providing training to get you up-and-running. What we're looking to find is that rare combination of someone who takes initiative, is a natural problem solver, and who values efficiency that delivers consistently excellent results.
While this is a part-time job, we're looking for someone who will be with us for the long term. We reward good work, a good attitude, and good deliverables. Pay can be on an hourly or monthly (up to $80/month) and will be determined once the candidate is hired. Please note that at this time, this job does not require you to work every day and every hour between 12am PST and 5am PST. Performance-based bonuses are possible in the future. Weekly work hours are yet to be determined, but definitely there’s opportunity for growth and additional hours as you demonstrate your skill and value to the team.
