We are looking to add an all-star VA to our team in the Philippines. The work will be part-time until you have passed the 60-day introduction period, or have been assigned enough duties, then it will become full time.
Job duties will include but are not be limited to:
- Customer Service Communications.
o Properly handling happy customers to provide social proof.
o Properly handling dissatisfied customers in processing refunds or replacing products.
- E-mail support.
- Phone support.
- Social Media Engagement Responding.
o Responding to social media post engagements.
o Answer social media direct messages in accordance with social media marketing procedures.
Experience Requirements:
Required to have current or previous experience with amazon.
Required to be a university graduate.
Required to have excellent written and spoken English skills.
Required to be located near or willing to relocate to Metro Manila to attend initial on-site training in Quezon City.
Required to be willing to work at night (US daytime hours).
Required to be highly intelligent, motivated, reliable, cheerful and learn new skills quickly.
Required to have access to a suitable place to work uninterrupted, with reliable electricity and high-speed internet and a fast computer.
