We are seeking a self motivated and intelligent Sales Consultant who will be responsible for selling Reputation Marketing products to local businesses in Australia.

ABOUT YOU:
•Extremely good English speaking skills
•Very good telemarketing skills
•Good computing skills (must own computer, have fast, stable Internet access)
•Won’t be easily offended
•Go-getter attitude
•Extremely reliable
•Positive, no excuse attitude
•Must have a room at home that's quiet and private to work and make phone calls.

ABOUT THE POSITION
•Interacting with potential customers (local business owners) to sell reputation marketing.
•Make sales calls & follow up with potential and existing customers
•Create sales emails & send them to prospects
•Educate customers about reputation marketing
•Maintaining relationships with existing customers, working towards repeat orders & referrals.
•Maintaining customer databases and files as required to keep track of you work.
•Work from home - 8 hours a day 5 days a week
•Meeting or exceeding sales quotas
•All the required training will be provided

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
•Monthly Salary Based On Experience
•Will pay daily for 1st week, then on a weekly basis after 1st week
•We pay a base salary plus 5% commission for every sale made
•We pay bonuses for great work
•We pay 13th Month Bonus
•We give pay increases based on performance
•Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
•These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
