VA for Real Estate Broker / Telemarketing; Cold calling skills required/ Appointment Setter

Are you somebody who's superb at handling objections, have experience with cold calls (Minimum 2 years experience in real estate cold calling is requires), paying attention to details, loyal, hardworking behind the scenes type person who always follows through and almost never misses a deadline... so productive your last employer considered hiring two people to replace you after you left..., a solid command of CRM programs...(Working with Commissions Inc system is a Plus), comfortable with a small business environment where priorities can change quickly git-it-done type person who's always very good on the phone talking with people?
