Must be able to work the following hours:
MON – FRI: 1PM - 6PM (EST)
This is a part time position that will transition into a full time position depending on results. Workers will not only receive an hourly wage, but bonuses based on their results.

You will be responsible for asking sellers questions, documenting the information in our CRM and reporting back with the updated information. Video training modules will be provided on how to perform these tasks. You MUST be extremely fluent as an English speaker. THIS IS NOT THE TYPICAL "CALL CENTER" JOB, where you communicate with robotic like conversations. We encourage friendly conversations over the phone using a comforting yet confident voice tone while prospecting, as well as good listening
Must be competent or a quick learner with the following applications
1. Call Tools (training provided)
2. Propstream (training provided)
3. Messaging communications (training provided)
4. Excel
5. Google Sheets
6. Social Media
7. List Sorting (preferred)
8. Data mining (preferred)
Personality/Technical Requirements
1. Must be comfortable talking to random people on the phone and engaging in friendly
conversations.
2. Must be comfortable with rejection on a daily basis.
3. Office Admin skills required.
4. Must have a desktop or laptop with high speed internet.
5. Must be able to work remotely with/ or without supervision in a quiet location.
6. Must be tech savvy knowing how to use a smart phone, google,
7. Must be able to type notes while on the phone with prospects following our process.
8. Must be organized.
