Leasing agent ISA - real estate experience preferred - lease apartments over the phone - base salary + bonuses

We are looking to start growing a team of virtual leasing agents. You will answer incoming calls, emails, live chat, etc for 5 different apartment buildings across the US (approximately 2500 units). You will also be doing followup for leads already in our CRM. The goal of every conversation is to sell the lead on submitting an online application. You will help them through their application and then process the application to see if they are approved or denied. We are offering a very competitive wage/salary + bonuses for every approved application.
