Job Brief

Fountain Forward is looking for a Social Media Manager who will enhance our clients’ brands and build strong online communities through various social media platforms. We value creativity and welcome new ways of thinking that push us and our clients outside the box. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for generating and administering original text and video content that is designed to engage users and cultivate leads and sales for Fountain Forward’s clients. The successful candidate will also be required to collect and analyze social media data to develop more effective campaigns.
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. As a Social Media Manager, you should have excellent multitasking skills to handle all of our social media accounts in a cohesive way. Ultimately, the Social Media Manager should be able to ensure our clients’ social media presence is aligned with our overall marketing strategies.

Core Responsibilities

Designing social media strategies to help our clients’ achieve their marketing goals
Managing, creating, and publishing original high-quality content on social platforms
Managing all client and internal company social media accounts to ensure up-to-date content
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on social media traffic and engagement

Responsibilities

Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure a cohesive brand image.
Liaise with the Creative Department to ensure visual consistency, brand identity, and that content is informative and ---------- sign and implement deliberate social media strategy to align with client goals and ---------- dits, with recommendations, of the ongoing strategy and adjust according to goal completion.
Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years proven work experience as a Social Media Strategist, Manager, or Director
An ability to identify target audience preferences and build a strategy to reach that audience
Understand basic branding and graphics
Competent in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
Experience with Hootsuite, Sendible, AgoraPulse, or other social media management platforms
Excellent multitasking skills
Must be team-oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills
