Online Dating Practice Helper

We provide professional online service that aims to help our clients practice dating. We want to create a place where our clients can come to practice dating in a safe environment, with participants who are respectful, thoughtful and professional, and can give them valuable insights about their dating skills.
We are looking for candidates to participate in practice dating sessions with our clients.

Qualities we're looking for in candidates:
• Has excellent communication skills;
• Open, friendly and talkative;
• Possesses an upbeat, outgoing, fun personality and connects easily to other people, even those who are shy;
• Insightful, smart, has an interest in analyzing others, him/herself and social situations;
• Has a pronounced interest in helping others;
• Can synthesize complex topics in a few simple sentences;
• Professional, respectful, tolerant and understanding;
• Technically proficient and comfortable with new technologies;
• Ideally, has some experience with online dating platforms and a solid understanding of the online (and offline) dating scene

A background or an interest in psychology (and/or coaching) would be a definite plus but isn't a must.

What you'll do:
• Practice mock dating in video calls
• Provide detailed feedback in written form
