Need email customer service expert

You currently have to fulfill about 40 orders a day with an automated app called Oberlo, and also update tracking numbers on the orders with one click. (fulfilling 1 order takes less than 1 minute on average). You also have to answer to around 30 emails a day.

You will possibly also be trained to do a variety of tasks other than ---------- itially, it's going to be a part-time post where you will start answering emails on Saturdays and Sundays however, we need you to be readily available to commit to a fulltime schedule once the business scales up. Do not apply for this job if you are not available full-time for this position. (meaning 7 hours a day from Monday to Sunday)

You need to be experienced in managing email with the dropshipping model like AliExpress and Oberlo. Experience in CSV file dropshipping is a plus.

Your rate will be USD5 per hour.
