E-Commerce Sales Manager

I am looking for an E-Commerce Sales manager that is familiar with Shopify, Ebay, Esty and Pinterest. I am looking for someone to work with my Social Media Manager to increase sales and make a commission + weekly pay. They will document all sales generated and turn in their verified totals weekly. They must maintain Shopify website to generate sales, do fundraiser bulk orders and maintain sales records. Must be able to have graphic design experience and have a go-get-it sales mentality to make money for both the company and themselves. If this is you, please reply back with a plan of action.
