Guidebook for video conferencing

I need a guidebook (PDF) created of the top 5 video conferencing applications (Zoom, Google Hangouts, Skype, GoToMeeting, and BlueJeans). Areas that need to be covered (with screenshots) include: Registration/account creation, Audio settings, Video settings, How to start and join calls, How to use on mobile, and advanced settings. Needs to be very well designed and cleanly presented with screenshots and other graphics. Needs to be editable by me so I can add/remove things as needed.
