Virtual Assistant + Lead Gen for a UX Designer (Part Time)

My name is Eran Dror, and I’m a UX Designer and Writer who has consulted for multiple software startups and large companies in NYC.

I’m looking for a Virtual Assistant to help with lead generation, applying for new projects, update my online portfolios, schedule phone calls / meetings for me, and doing some online research.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Work with me to create a weekly schedule/division of labor that fits the both of us.
- Research potential leads according to criteria I will specify and add them to the list.
- Do a daily search of various US job sites & freelancing sites that I'll list for suitable projects for me. (I'll give you the sites and explain how to judge this.)
- Apply to suitable projects via Email, Web Forms, LinkedIn, etc. (I'll provide pre-written emails and texts you can copy and paste, and I'll also give you access to my business email.)
- Send introduction emails in my name to various companies that I'll list.
- Answer simple email questions / set appointments for me. (You'll have access to my Google Calendar.)
- Update and maintain various design portfolios using materials and texts I’ll provide.
(For example: Behance, Coroflot)
