Job Description

If you think you are the very best, then I am offering a Web Designer an opportunity with a new web based Company connected to the transport haulage business on a global scale.

Not only must you be qualified, but extremely experienced in the following:

Responsive Web Designer, Google Map integration, Payment Gateways, Front End and Back End Management for an Auction Website with multiple pages and eventually in multiple languages (no need to translate as this will be done professionally).

You must be trust worthy, confidential and a very good English speaker and writer.

Other qualifications would also be of benefit such as:

Graphic Design
Mobile Applications
2D/3D Animation

Conditions

You will be expected to work 5 hour days, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.

Your work will be tracked using TimeProof

Sign a Non Disclosure agreement

Supply a letter of Introduction, CV and copies of your qualifications.

A copy of your National ID/Passport will be required if successful.

You will be self employed.

You will work one month probation for half salary ($200.00); your second month’s salary will be 6 weeks payment ($600.00) and paid monthly($400.00) or weekly($100.00) thereafter.

Your salary will be paid by either payments.ph , PayPal or bank transfer which ever you prefer.

Your start date will be February 1st 2015.

Own your own computer with a excellent internet connection.

Be available for a Skype interview and regular contact thereafter.

Your working hours will be 1000hrs (10 am) to 1500hrs (3 pm) Philippine local time giving working mums a chance to apply.

You will be entitled to 20 days paid vacation each year, rising to 28 days in the second year. You will not be able to take vacations for the first 3 months. Vacations maybe taking in 5 day blocks or on discussion with myself. (This does not include National Holidays such as Christmas etc - these will also be given)

Responsibilities

Present

You will be the lead designer for 2 websites, concentrating on one website then duplicating in order to develop a second site under a new domain name. You must be able to contribute with ideas and think outside the box.

Future

After the Web Sites are launched, your job role will change to that of Site(s) Manager, whereas you will maintain and improve the websites, contributing on suggestions on how best to improve the sites on a regular basis. As the sites generate income, your salary will increase and so will your position in the business.
